DIY Side Split Turtleneck Tunic

Tunic: DIY| Fabric: sweater knits, ITY knits, Rayon knits

I've been seeing tunics like these in many different varieties for the past few months. So, naturally, I wanted whip one up for myself that's versatile enough for the office and for the weekend.

I used a yummy grey sweater knit from Michael Levine's. It's also the same type of fabric I used in this sweater post.

The construction of the tunic is a modification I made to a commercial pattern. I have that video tutorial available here. I walk you through step-by-step on how to modify the pattern and create this look.

I styled it with my faux leather jacket (similar), Topshop demin, Steve Madden pumps, and my red clutch from Charming Charlie.

I thought today would be the perfect day to launch my first product, because it's my 3rd wedding anniversary! It is such a nerve-wrecking experience to put yourself out there to take one step further into building a business. So, I wanted to surround myself with the love and support I get from my husband out of the gate!

I pride myself on being a very clear and concise communicator. I don't like a lot of fluff when it comes to instruction. To see an example of my teaching style, check out my YouTube channel.

You may purchase the tutorial here. In celebration of my anniversary and launch of a new product, please enjoy the $7.99 sale price from today until 11/17/2015!
