DIY Sweater Dress
Do you see all of this pink? This is a record-breaking amount of pink. A year ago this would have NEVER happened. But, I'm happy to say that I am enjoying my new love affair with pink.
This super easy dress is courtesy of Mimi G. I've linked to her free tutorial above. When I say easy. I mean easy. No fail. Can't mess it up.
I chose a flamingo pink sweater knit I got from Micheal Levine's that I linked above. You can do this tutorial with any 2 way stretch fabric you like.
I styled it with some accessories from one of my favorite stores, NY & Company. You'll hear me mention them in almost every post. They are just my style. They get me.
Normally, I would go for a nude shoe with such a vibrant color, but not today! I took the color up another notch with my royal blue shooties. I cannot recall where I purchased them, but I've have them a couple of years. I want to say DSW, but I might be lying.
I wanted my dress to hit above the knee for a date night look. It's perfect to hide food babies as well, so it's a good eating out dress.
It's so easy to make, that I will likely make another one in the future.
Until next time!
